Your order will be shipped within 3 working days upon payment confirmation. Once shipped, the delivery period will be within 5-7 working days for West Malaysia and 7-14 working days for East Malaysia.

When an order has been shipped, the liability lies with our delivery partner. However, in the case of missing or damaged goods, we will try our best to contact our delivery partner on behalf of the customer.
