All purchases are final and exchanges, returns or refunds are not allowed unless:
- There is a major product defect that wasn't disclosed
- A wrong item has been delivered to you
If the issue falls into either of these categories, kindly DM us on Instagram at @reviveyourclothes & we will arrange for either an exchange, a return or a refund for you. The decision for any of these two options will be made by Revive and it will be dependent on the seriousness of the issue.
We will not be able to except issues related to sizing so please read the sizing details under the descriptions of each listing carefully or DM us on Instagram (@reviveyourclothes) if you have any further sizing concerns so we can assist you further in making your decision.
Exchanges are only allowed for items with the same price as the original item that you've purchased.
Returns are only allowed if:
- Items are in their original condition.
- Items are in their original packaging.
- Tags remain attached to garments (if they come with tags).
- Garments are unworn, unwashed, and unstained.
- It is within 30 days of receiving your order.
WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odour.
- Products that are marked or damaged in any way, that includes makeup, deodorant, or fake tan.
- Products without their tags attached (if they come with tags).
- Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A RETURN OR REFUND:
1. Contact us at @reviveyourclothes on Instagram with the title RETURN/REFUND - Order #XXXX
- Please provide your order number for us to process your return
- *Important* include images of the defective/wrong item.
2. Once we have approved your return, we will notify you via email.
3. We will send you the return address and instructions on how to make your return.
4. Once we have received the item, we will process your exchange or refund.
